Debbie Binette – President
Ms. Binette brings seventeen years of professional experience as President/CEO of Core Technologies, Inc. Involved in every aspect of the company’s growth from inception to present, Debbie has demonstrated abilities to lead and manage processes, procedures and people. While managing the daily operations and finances for Core, Debbie has lead the company’s vision and established the strategic plan to successfully grow the company year after year.
Ms. Binette is currently responsible for the oversight of all Project Leads and she has successfully managed large projects including a recent million dollar project awarded through GSA STARS and an ongoing 17 year contract as a Tier 2 subcontractor for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and most recently, a 4 year contract as a Tier 1 contractor for Northrup Grumman. She has been praised highly for her attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills by our high profile Federal customers such as the FBI, Drug Enforcement Agency and General Services Administration.
Her leadership expertise includes program development, human relations development, process improvement, project leadership, proposal development and budget planning. Additionally, in 2014 she was awarded to participate in the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council’s (GMSDC) Mentor Protégé Program with Lockheed Martin and AT&T. Recently, Debbie received the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s Business of the year award (2014) for Core Technologies, Inc.
Erik Eigen – Vice President
Mr. Eigen has led project teams serving large, diverse organizations for more than 17 years, primarily focused on Information and Communications Technology contracts. Mr. Eigen has been operating in a senior management capacity for Core Technologies for 16 years. His professional experience with Program/Project management and Contract Administration has been instrumental to the growth of Core.
Prior experience includes a company (A.C.C.E.) that he started in 1991 and operated as President and CEO until 1998. Mr. Eigen has both ICT and agency level experience. He was instrumental in securing the GSA STARS and GRIT 2 IDIQ contracts for Core Technologies. His vision and industry knowledge has propelled the company to revenues of up to 15 million. He is thoroughly acquainted with Information and Communications standards and best-practice management principles. His management capabilities are known by many federal agencies and GSA COTR’s.
David Roberts – CTO
David Roberts has spent the past 2 decades primarily in the telecommunications industry within the SMB market and more recently the enterprise space. From an early start in corporate America at the John Harland Co. to the founding of Ascend Technologies, Inc., his expertise in building an organization from the ground up has proven to be the foundation for future success. Currently, as CTO at Core Technologies in Norcross, GA, Mr. Roberts stays busy both in the local Atlanta market and abroad at events throughout the country specifically relating to the technology industry.
As CTO, Mr. Roberts is responsible for the technical vision and execution of Core’s technology development including (1) all internal company IT systems and platforms, (2) all company platforms for service delivery and (3) all public facing IT solutions across Core’s customer base including B2B and B2G with a specific focus on the recently awarded EIS (Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions) contract valued at $50B over 15 years. Mr. Roberts received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Clayton State University, a Masters of Arts in Theology from American University and a Masters of Religion from Liberty University.
